The Way Life Should Be

I just finished reading Christina Baker Kline's new novel, The Way Life Should Be. It starts off as a typical chick lit book. The main character, Angela Russo, is a 33 year-old career girl who is looking for love in the big city. But then the novel takes a refreshing turn. Angela joins an online dating service, falls for a sailing instructor, and moves to a tiny island community in Maine where she wins over the locals with her Italian cooking.

Recipes are included.
